The holiday season is magical, but let’s be honest—it can also be exhausting. Between holiday prep, family gatherings, and taking care of little ones, it’s easy to feel drained before the new year even begins. If you're already running on empty, the last thing you need is another overwhelming commitment. That’s why the 12 Days of Fitmas is designed just for you—gentle, quick movements that fit into your day without adding stress. This isn’t about pushing harder—it’s about small, mindful actions that help you feel just a little stronger, more energized, and more like yourself again.

The holiday season is full of magic, but it can also feel like a whirlwind, especially for moms managing postpartum recovery, leaky bladders, persistent pain, or the energy demands of toddlers and young children. With all the hustle and bustle, it’s so easy to forget about your health and wellness. But here’s a gentle reminder: taking just a few minutes each day for yourself can make all the difference in maintaining your strength and vitality.

That’s why I’m excited to share the 12 Days of Fitmas routine—a simple and fun way to stay connected to your body, even during the busiest time of the year. The goal is not to push yourself too hard but to keep moving and stay in the habit of caring for yourself. By adding one small exercise each day, you’ll feel stronger and more energized, and you’ll set yourself up for a healthier start to the new year.

Each day will bring a new, manageable move—nothing too strenuous, just gentle steps to build your strength and wellness. For example, on Day 3, you’ll do 3 bicep curls, 2 perfect push-ups, and a 1-minute wall sit. These small actions may seem simple, but they add up to big changes when you make them part of your daily routine.

To make it even more fun and festive, I encourage you to play some holiday music while you complete your challenge. The joy of the season can help keep your spirits high while you care for your body.
